Nora…
My tastebuds are watering reading the recipes.
Child…you are something to behold! Talent just oozes from your pores! Your Mom has busted all the buttons off her favorite jean blouse..,and I have to agree. Terrific recipes, great writing and beautiful photos!
Nora, ur mom-in-law hooked me up with ur site! We might b related π iTools love to run, and can b a health nut; however, ur Uncle Rick pulls me over to the dark side sometimes! Now I have a bit of a belly. Will just running get it done or do I really have to give up ice cream and wine? Love, (Aunt?) Sharon
Great to hear from you Aunt Sharon! Sounds like we would be too peas in a pod! I hope to meet you sometime in the near future. I say run more and still enjoy your wine and ice cream hehe π
Nora, everything looks so beautiful on your site it “almost” makes me want to cook!! I love referring your site to those that do & I promise to eventually get in the kitchen and try some of these out π
Bad knees & achy feet are my excuse for no running — I’ll just stick to the wine & dessert!
XOXO

Haha, almost makes you want to cook π That counts for something!!! Thanks for passing along my blog to others, it’s much appreciated! You should have P try out the recipes instead of you π You don’t have to run, you still stay active with kayaking and biking so you can still enjoy your wine and dessert!!! XOXO
Hi Nora, not sure that my posting made it on your blog. I’m Brenda’s co-worker/friend π Angelique. She told me about your chili with pumpkin. I’d love to see that on your website. Cute pumpkin salad btw! You should really go big with your website. The photos are amazing. Loved that raw corn avocado soup too btw.

Hi there,
I wanted to thank you SO much for sharing all these amazing recipes with us. You have been a God-sent for me! I love food & have always struggled to find healthy options that still tasted good. Recently I developed some digestive issues & found that I have gluten & yeast sensitivity & your recipes have saved me!
You are truly gifted & I am so appreciative!
Keep up the great work!
Have a great week:)

do you bottle this tomato-free ketchup? i don’t have the time to make this on a repeated basis – if you could productize this it’d be great. sell it in a health store maybe

HI … I may have missed it, but how long can you store the no tomato, night shade free ketchup in the fridge? A week, or more? Thank you.
It should keep for about 6-7 days in the fridge π
Thanks so much for this recipe, allowing my daughter to enjoy ‘ketchup’ again.
Is the simmering to be done with a lid on the pot or not?
