Golden Kiwi Chia Jam Recipe

This jam is sweet, tangy, and naturally thickened with chia seeds—no refined sugars, pectin, or canning required. Spread on toast, swirl into Greek yogurt, spoon over oatmeal, or layer into smoothies and parfaits.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 golden kiwis peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup or 1 tbsp honey + a few monk fruit drops
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds white or black
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of turmeric optional but adds a yellow pop

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, heat kiwi, honey, chia seeds, vanilla, and turmeric over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally, then remove from heat and let cool.
  • Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for 5–6 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Notes

Ways to use it: Spread on toast, swirl into Greek yogurt, spoon over oatmeal, or layer into smoothies and parfaits.
Store in fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months
